SHIPPING POLICY

1. This policy and what it covers

1.1 This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to any Order (as defined in our website supply terms and conditions (Terms)) submitted on our website www.haer.co.uk.

1.2 Any reference to “you” or “your”, means you as a customer and/or a user of our Site. Any reference to “we”, “us”, or “our” is to HAER Limited.

2. Shipping

2.1 All deliveries are provided via Royal Mail Signed for Delivery (2nd class). Delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 Working days from the Order being posted. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

2.2 Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders received after 2:00pm (UK time) on a Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

2.3 All delivery times listed are approximate. Please note that orders to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Scilly and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes my take slightly longer to arrive. Shipping may also take longer in certain circumstances, such as busy times of the year (Christmas, Easter, Valentines, etc.)

2.4 We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of redelivery or collection, then you are deemed to be in receipt of it. If you experience your parcel going missing, please contact us immediately and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

3. Delivery restrictions

3.1 We will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible if delivery to an address is not possible.

3.2 We cannot offer specific time slots for delivery.

3.3 We deliver to UK customers only, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

3.4 If you are unable to personally be present upon delivery, then it is your responsibility to arrange for someone to be available to receive your delivery and sign for items that require signature on delivery. In this case, we recommend you leave instructions in an appropriate place at your property saying you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place at your property, or with a neighbour. Where such a request is made, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.

4. Returning products to us

4.1 When returning products to us, please wrap the products securely in the same or similar packaging in which you received them. If the original packaging that was used to ship your order has been damaged or destroyed then you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packaged for safe and secure shipment back to us.

4.2 Products being sent back to us are your responsibility until they reach us. Please note you are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs when returning the product, other than where specifically set out in our Terms.  

4.3 We recommend that any products you return are sent via a recorded delivery signed for option, or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.
