How do I use SUSINUM Luxuriant Hair Oil?


Can be used on wet or dry hair.

So simple to use; just a few drops in the palm rubbed evenly through mid-lengths to ends of hair is all you need. Do not rinse. Style as usual.

Use only as directed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

What are the delivery charges and how long will delivery take?

We charge £5 Shipping per Order. All shipping is provided via UK Royal Mail Signed For Delivery, 2nd Class.

Delivery can take up to 3-5 Working days.

Please note: All orders are Signed For Deliveries: All Orders require a signature upon delivery.

All delivery times listed are approximate. Please note that orders to Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Scilly and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes my take slightly longer to arrive.

Please note: at busy times of the year such as Christmas, New Years, Valentines, and Easter, delivery may take slightly longer due to an increase in orders and deliveries being made at these times of the year.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders received after 2:00pm UK time on a Friday will be shipped on the following working day.

Which payment methods are accepted?

For simplicity and convenience, we use PayPal only.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card or debit card at checkout.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All online payments are processed via PayPal. Every transaction made through PayPal is encrypted using PayPal’s advanced encryption technology. All payments made through PayPal are fully supported under their terms and conditions.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an email confirmation once your Order has been successfully placed. It will include your Order details, including your Order number.

We will deliver to the delivery address specified on your order. Please make sure your address is correct at time of order, as we are unable to redirect goods once they have been shipped.

We aim to post your order the same working day, or the following working day. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the UK only, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. At the moment we do not deliver internationally, nor do we ship to the Republic of Ireland, but we aim to ship worldwide soon.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice with purchase confirmation sent to your email address that you provided at checkout.

You should also receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
